Jordan de Ruiter is a Toronto based designer who has been designing and creating clothing since she taught herself how to sew (with tons of help from her mom!) in elementary school. She started her line in 2006 after being asked to make clothing for a local store in her hometown of Collingwood. It started off as a hobby and has turned into a handmade line sold at stores in Collingwood and Toronto. She also designs and creates her own jewellery line under the same name.

She is currently attending George Brown College for fashion design to further her skill and knowledge of the industry.

After college she plans to workin the industry while working on her independent line on the side but would eventually like to launch a line under her own name

She has been feautured in blogs and publications such as Torontos Eye Weekly, has won the Collingwood Chamber of Commerce Young Entrepeneur award.
